The hair is totally gone! After only three sessions. Norma is the best at what she does. Very clean professional environment. She is fast and very friendly. I found that a good majority of the hair was gone after the first treatment, maybe 75%. Then 95% by the second treatment, and totally gone by the third treatment. I was expecting to have to do six sessions at least as I have thick coarse dark hair. Overall, it has been a great experience. I would recommend Norma to anyone looking for fast hair removal results.

She does a great job at explaining the whole laser process, including proper aftercare. I love that she provides ice and consistently checks in throughout the treatment to ensure comfort.
